Advance bookings for Sibafest concerts can be made at Ticketmaster (tel. +358 600 10 800, €1.98/min + network charge). Print-at-home tickets are also available.

Normal price/pensioners, children aged 4 to 17 years of age, students, servicemen (military or non-military), and unemployed persons (except Opening concert 1/27: normal price / children aged 3 to 17 years of age, ), admission free for children under 3 held in the adult’s lap

Group tickets
The University of the Arts Helsinki’s Sibelius Academy offesr a 10% group discount on all normal-price tickets. Group tickets are available to buy for 10 people or more. Group discounts are not available on pensioner or other special-price tickets. Other concert organisers’ group ticket principles vary. We regret that paid tickets cannot be refunded, redeemed, or exchanged for money. A 10% discount is available to groups paying in advance for their cloakroom services.
You can book concert tickets for groups to our concers at Helsinki Music Centre by phone at +358 20 707 0426 or by email at ryhmat(a)musiikkitalo.fi. Group sales at the Helsinki Music Centre are open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays. For the group tickets of other Sibelius Academy events who are not located at Music Centre: booking is only possible via Ticketmaster service number.

Ticketmaster is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays and midweek holidays.
Other services
Tours of the Helsinki Music Centre are available in connection with a concert visit. The 60-minute tour takes you to the core of the Helsinki Music Centre’s activities and architecture, and the Concert Hall when it isn’t occupied. Ticket sales at the Helsinki Music Centre are open: 9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon-Fri), 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Sat), and one hour prior to the start of the concert.
A 20% discount for pre-purchased Sibelius Academy concert tickets will be offered to holders of a Helsinki Card.

Delight your friend with the most wonderful Christmas gift - get him or her a serial ticket for five free-choice concerts in Sibafest, held in Helsinki Music Centre from 27 January to 3 February 2018! Serial ticket can also be used for Pre-Sibafest concerts on the 26th of February.
The serial ticket is only available at the Helsinki Music Centre ticket sales office until 31 December 2017. The Sibafest serial ticket can be exchanged for five single concert tickets immediately at the time of purchase or at a later date from the Music Centre ticket sales office. And that's not all! In December, a stunning, customized Sibafest cloth bag is to be delivered to the purchaser of the serial ticket. NOTE! The serial ticket is not available at Ticketmaster's online store. Price: EUR 49 (including all service charges).
Wheelchair accessible seats at the Helsinki Music Centre
Due to the technical structures of the halls, tickets for wheelchair-accessible seats at the Helsinki Music Centre cannot be sold on the day of the concert. Instead, they must be booked and/or purchased in advance.

Wheelchair-accessible seats always hold “Varattu” (Reserved) signs. If the seats are not sold, they can be released for concert visitors with a University of the Arts Helsinki membership certificate or for regular customers 30 minutes prior to the concert.
If your group includes several wheelchair users, other persons whose mobility is impaired or persons with other special needs, we encourage you to contact us in advance so that we can serve you in the best possible manner (the contact details of concert producers are available on the University of the Arts Helsinki website under More information on the concert).
Cloakroom charges at the Helsinki Music Centre
The Helsinki Music Centre’s charge for its cloakroom service Is €2 euros per customer. The cloakroom is free for children under the age of 12 (one child per an adult’s cloakroom charge).
The paid cloakroom opens on concert days two hours before the start of the concert and stays open until the centre closes. At other times and at your own risk, you may leave your coat on the unsupervised coat racks.
The cloakroom charge can be paid using the machines located next to the lifts at the Mannerheimintie main entrance and in the main foyer. Alternatively, cloakroom tickets can be purchased from the ticket office of the Helsinki Music Centre or (exact change only) from the cloakroom staff.
